Preschool and School Age Care Programs


SNAP and FDPIR State or local agencies, and their subrecipients, must post the following Nondiscrimination Statement:

Additionally, program information may be made available in languages other than English.

To file a program complaint of discrimination, complete the USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form, (AD-3027) found online at: http://www.ascr.usda.gov/complaint_filing_cust.html, and at any USDA office, or write a letter addressed to USDA and provide in the letter all of the information requested in the form.

School Age/Extended Day/Summer Program

  • Preschool Tuition: AS OF FALL 2019
  • Serving ages 2.5 - 5 years (children MUST be toilet trained)
  • 8:30am - 11:30am
  •         1 day of school per week-   $53.90 (per month)
    • 2 days of school per week - $107.80 (per month)
    • 3 days of school per week - $162.80 (per month)
    • 4 days of school per week - $201.80 (per month)
    • 5 days school per week - $271.70 (per month)
  • Tuition is due on the 15th of each month. Services will be terminated on the 1st until balance is paid in full.
  • Late fee of $15 will be charged after the fifteenth (15th) of each month on outstanding balances.
  • $20.00 fee will be assessed on all returned checks
  • Closing time is 6:00pm. Late pick up is $10.00 for every 5 minutes past 6:00pm.
  • Tuition is prorated for the course of the school year (September - May). No discount for vacations and holidays.
  • Sick days can be made up within 30 days, with a courtesy call when your child is sick
  • A 30-day notice is required for withdrawal.
  • Immunization records are mandatory for preschool.
  • $3.15 hourly charges with one hour minimum.
  • Childcare is offered 7:30am - 8:30am and 11:30am - 6:00pm Monday - Friday, September - May.
  • Childcare is offered 7:30am - 6:00pm Monday - Friday, June - August
  • Fees are billed on the fifteenth (15th) of each month. Services will be terminated on the 1st until balance is paid in full.
  • Late fee of $15 will be charged after the first (1st) of each month on outstanding balances.
  • Closing time is 6:00pm. Late pick up is $10.00 for every 5 minutes past 6:00pm.
  • Ages 2.5 - 12 years (Children must be toilet trained).
  • Any rate changes will occur following a thirty-day written notice.
  • A $20.00 fee will be assessed on all returned checks.
  • Updated enrollment and emergency contact information will be required each year.
  • A Medical Justification form must be provided each year for any child with food allergies.

Children's program hours of operation


September - May, 8:30 am-11:30 am (Tuition based)

School Year Child care hours:

7:30 a.m.- 8:30 a.m. and 11:30 a.m.- 6:00 p.m. ($3.15 an hour)

(The preschool runs only 3 hours a day, before and after which the charge is $3.15 an hour. Preschool is pre-paid tuition, but child care is accrued, therefore your bill may vary each month dependent upon the non-preschool hours)

After school program

School year Mon-Thurs. 2:45 p.m.- 6:00 p.m.

                    Friday.        1:30 p.m.- 6:00 p.m.
